Built Environment · Specialist Access

The whole build, stage by stage.

Stroma tests, measures and certifies the built environment — energy and daylight before the design is fixed, air tightness and sound insulation before handover — and inspects the structures that are already carrying traffic, water and people.

01 — Two divisions

Two divisions.
One building, two sides.

One half of the company works on buildings that are still being designed and proved. The other inspects the structures that are already in service. They meet at handover — and at stage 7.
